It doesn't really matter. As I proved earlier no one is voluntarily going to pay to fix global warming.
So we have the numbers and that's all that matters.

You proved nothing.

Go ahead argue with newsweek they are a pretty liberal leaning media.
I guess technically they proved it, I just repeated it now the believers can't handle it.

35 states declared life threatening cold and snow states of emergency.
They could really use some of that global warming that was supposed to have kill us all by now.
Selling global warming is from here on out is going to be like selling ice to Eskimos.

Putting in a coal furnace and wood stove has been a great investment. Definitely got colder sooner, had lower temperatures than last year. Looks like I'm going to need them with useful idiots demanding unreliable renewable power and demanding the demise of reliable coal and natural gas.
I wonder if they will realize the error in their philosophy before or after they freeze to death.

I'd love to have a discussion about this topic, but you don't discuss. You just keep provoking and insulting.
Useful idiots? You don't even deserve that title yourself imho.

You think that the cold in the middle of the US disproves climate change?

It doesn't. It is weather - not climate.

What it shows is the disruption that climate change is causing. The GLOBAL AVERAGE temperature is climbing. And that melts the Arctic ice - which leads to a weakened and wobbly jet stream. And that is why large portions of the cold Arctic air has "spilled" out of the Arctic, into areas much farther south than it usually does.

Let's review: you cite a fact to refute climate change - and yet it actually shows that climate change is happening.

The really bad thing about the cold spell in North America is where that cold is coming from - and where it isn't right now.
It needs to freeze hard on the North Pole to compensate for the loss of ice in the summer, and if it doesn't next year will see record losses again.

Typical "it's weather not climate when it's cold".
It doesn't really matter what it is since no one is willing to pay for fixing it.

This one right here. I see more of a standoff than one side prevailing. The point was that while everyone is teaching the controversy, those 'dark powers and principalities' drive the herd in the direction they prefer.

I was thinking I'd posted that video but after too much searching I think it was 4 Megaprojects That Could Reverse Climate Change | Answers With Joe. But during the search I ran across this mention of Software Defined Electricity. I posted this but didn't take it to heart.
