After spending 8-weeks with a German national,I feel that the price structure represented in the table would fail us,unless we added in the context of each governments social services provided to their citizens,as a function of 'price.'
We've got to remember that the price-point for energy in the United States can remarkably under reflect its absolute social cost to everyone on the planet.If these 'hidden' costs were included,then we might see pricing structures more inline with nations of higher standards of living.
