I am going to do this, too. I figure a 4700uf cap at 25v does it. Any suggestions as to diode? I am inexperienced with them. Something like this? ... "Poilee 15amp Diode Axial Schottky Blocking Diodes for Solar Cells Panel,15SQ045 Schottky Diodes 15A 45V"
