As long as the smoothie tastes like Tasty Wheat or maybe Turkish Delight.
On a moonlit night?
When I had strep I ate several cans of chicken noodle soup a day. Yesterday I just had two, two spoonfuls of hummis, and a couple of popsicles. I do not have any idea how many calories I used to eat, but probably about 3,000 a day.
I am not sure that I am getting my 1,200 currently. For the first time in my life, I need to eat more?
In theory, if I drop from 3,000 to 1,000 calories a day, I could lose a couple of pounds a week.
I strongly remember enjoying eating. Oh well.
I always think that it would be great to make overweight people feel full earlier. I often think this would help me maintain my fighting weight.
Making food lose its flavor seems like a good idea, but it kind of does that already when I overeat.
