Nice fluff photoshoot. Cute scientist, studio lighting, smoke show.

Despite the obviously set up photoshoot, I think GM may actually be somewhat serious this time. The styling is incredibly conventional, almost boring. This means they actually want to sell some of these. The prototype was ugly which made me worry that they were trying to make a flop on purpose.

The Cd numbers are pretty sad, but remember this is GM. They still want you to use a bunch of gas. Image is everything. They want to seem like they are innovating and green with out actually having to do it. Nothing in the volt that I have seen is either innovative or revolutionary. If they were really serious about getting their customers off gas they would be developing all electric vehicles period.
