I got the heaviestduty one they had and was able to destroy it in less than 2 years and I never put anything as heavy as a house on it. All I had to do to fix it was put bigger stronger tires on it, stronger axle, stronger springs, convert it to fully welded construction. Basically had to completely rebuild it to make it to where it could carry 2,500lb.
Then any time I would load it any where near a ton it was scarry so I added a brake axle a few years ago.

Yeah, an HF trailer is kind of like the Krikkit One: "...a very useful thing to have around if you suddenly decided to build a spaceship yourself and didn’t know how to do it. It was not, however, anything that would ever fly anywhere itself."
