Looking into a sprayer bidet now. I just finished replacing literally every piece of plumbing in my house, and have all of the parts needed to install a hot water line adjacent to the cold line for the toilet. I could probably have it up and running in half an hour.
I'll definitely need a hot water line. Vermont's tap water is frigid even in summer - I believe I've measured around 38-40F (~3.5C).
