It looks like the manufacturer of my battery 5 years ago might be out of business. They never answered my enail queries last month.

I think I will just open the pack... hey, are their gloves people wear to protect themselves from electric shock by these batteries? (See how much of a noob I still am?)

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color.
