If you wanted to, then, you could take cues from some circa 1960 US auto interiors for yours... their mass produced futurism sometimes has a little James T. Kirk in it. Or, remember the minimalist controls on everything in the original series? Like those shuttles they sometimes flew down to planet surfaces? Or were you more into the movies or the Next Gen?
