It is amazing how similar the valve cover, the lifters, and the lash adjusting nuts all are to a late-90s Civic. My thought about your stuck bolt on the timing cover is that you might want to cut through the timing cover right around that Bolt. Obviously you'll be damaging the timing cover and doing that, but I think you're going to do a lot more damage to that plastic cover with a welding torch. Cutting the cover at the bolt at least gives you the chance to repairit later with adhesives. Inmy experience, Honda's plastic cover breaks easily too. It could crack while youtry to extract the bolt with a wrench.
