Costa Rican, 5 minutes 45 seconds , recorded at 440F when I removed from heat.
I started hearing the first crack with this coffee (a first, for me) at ~4 minutes, and approximately 415F as per my thermometer. The first crack was very sporadic and seemed to continue until just past 435F, when I pulled it off heat.
According to this chart, it's a hair past a Full City. No oil visible on the beans.
