That's just interior trim I assume, and not things like the spare tire, back seats/seatbelts etc. which were already removed?
I pulled a fair chunk of weight out of my vehicle with things like the rear wiper + motor, all of the lines going to the rear window washer + motor, antenna wires and rooftop antenna, etc., though I'm sure I've added it back and then some with sound dampening.
