Yesterday, I repaired a really bad coolant leak on my daughter's 06 BMW 325i. Incredibly, these cars have a bleeder screw on the overflow tank that is made of plastic and is easily overtightened so that it fails (even if not over tightened it will fail eventually due to expansion and contraction cycles), leading to possibly catastrophic coolant loss. My daughter did not even realize it was happening (she is 18 and still inexperienced). I noticed coolant in the driveway after she left for work. I DO NOT LIKE BMW.
