And that may be the catch.
the energy needed to convert the water offsets any benifit you get in adding to the fuel as a lean burn agent ( expecially if you include all the needed equipment to fool the ECU to not compensate for the O2 sensor signal showing the engine is running lean.
theory sounds nice - execution may be something completely different.
still would like to see some actual data to support either side.
