One thing lost on the So-Cal MOPAR hot-rodders was that, the CHP interceptors had really good 'BRAKES'!
Not only would they 'really go', they'd 'really stop' too.
In the day, Chrysler Corp, was still highly regarded for it's engineering prowess.
It's funny that our neighbor's Jaguar was a 'hemi,' our Honda motorcycles were all 'hemi's, yet, it was mostly regarded that MOPAR was the sole proprietor of the technology. Still is.
