Compare your link ending in /baby-template-car-darko-2016-a-32673-17.htm to the permalink that ends in baby-template-car-darko-2016-a-32673-5.html#post526976. Your link, presumably to page 17, fetchs a page starting with permalink #321. This is because I have the posts per page set as high as it will go. IIRC the default is 10 or 20.
The permalink address is just to the right of the post number.
