MPaul: You're right, the system is stacked against us. I just hope that I am paving the way for others. It's always harder being the first at anything!

(The guy at the DMV claims that I am the first to do this. I KNOW for a fact, that I am not! I pointed out the fact that many conversions use older cars, which are already exempt from Emissions Testing.)

I very well may be the first to have a gasoline to electric conversion, in a 1996 or later model, in this particular 7-county area in SE Wisconsin, since that guy has been working there. Yeah, might be the first of that!
