Yeah, shrink wrap, like what's used for Window Insulation Kits, might actually look really nice!
Any just so you guys know, my hub caps are just screwed to "snap-on" plastic rings that pop on to my tires' steel rims.
The trucks rims were not modified/mangled etc. in any way.
Real easy to pop on and off, put on a different vehicle, check the air pressure, etc.
