I have never seen instructions on these type of things. Even a factory service manual rarely goes into this much detail. Both the switch manufacturer and car manufacturer want you to buy a new switch.

If you play around with the parts enough, you may be able to figure out how it all works and get it back together. At the worst, you could visit your local junkyard and get a used one.
