windshield wiper dashboard assembly--HELP!!

Okay, so brainiac here decides that superglue would hold my buttons onto my lights and windshield wiper assembly switches. Only problem....I put too much on and it froze everything up. So I took apart the assembly and all these springs start popping out. I make a quick mental note but just can't seem to get it all back together properly. Does anybody know of a visual manual of some sort that shows the inner workings of these switches? I can email pictures if you don't know what I'm talking about. Thanks!

David

I have never seen instructions on these type of things. Even a factory service manual rarely goes into this much detail. Both the switch manufacturer and car manufacturer want you to buy a new switch.

If you play around with the parts enough, you may be able to figure out how it all works and get it back together. At the worst, you could visit your local junkyard and get a used one.

wiper assembly

Thanks. Actually got it all back together at around 1:00am. I ordered a Haynes Manual today that may provide some detail. If anything else it will teach me how to deal with other headaches that may arise.

But next time I'm at the junkyard I'll try and pull the entire dash off a comparable model. I know how to disassemble and put together the whole thing now.
