' the look at Hoerner yields nothing new '

Hoerner's book didn't reveal anything in addition to what I remembered.
My data primarily revolve around the human-powered streamliners, and Bonneville streamliners, which range between Cd 0.103, and Cd 0.11.
While the forebody of any two-wheeler would offer an opening for drag reduction, the aft-body would provide for the lion's share for streamlining.
Streamlined apparel, as used in downhill skiing and Red Bull mountain bike speed records would be a natural for two-wheelers.

See the photo of Oscar Egg's Rocket tail piece. In my coast down tests on a bicycle, the best result was with a front windscreen and a rail box.
