If you just order a decal for $5, you get a decal.
FYI: membership / ad removal info here - http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthrea...bonus-180.html - you get a decal with that as well, but it's a bit more $$$.
Also, they're sticky on the backside, so they go on the outside of the glass (or wherever).
