The harbor freight trailer has tapered roller bearings. I believe they are T84 spindles.
But you better clean and repack the bearings with real grease. The 8 inch wheels they come with are kind of junk. The quality on those 8 inch wheels is hit or miss.

Once again I repost these pictures I found online in 2013. I'd do it this way — simple-curved pieces in a hexagonal plan. It could be simple and light, done in Polymetal on a steel frame. Curved seams (extruded H-metal) mean no internal bracing would be necessary.

They are nice, but I'm looking to stay in the air shadow of the Prius. This trailer seems to be higher than the spoiler and the outrigger wheels and fenders present an unnecessary obstruction to the air stream.

I'm not seeing a trailer from Harbor Freight anymore.

The utility trailer I bought from Wards was designed to hold a thermoplastic box maid to mount on the roof of a car, may have had the inferior bearings, and the box I built on it was all 3/4 inch plywood. I may have overloaded the bearings.

From Carry On Trailers, I'm getting two answers:

Ironton Expert
The recommended maximum speed for all passenger cars towing trailers is 45 MPH. This is the manufacturer’s recommendation for safe driving and not from the tires, the hubs or the bolt-together design limitations.

Our trailers are rated at 60MPH.

What do the bearings look like?
They have to be real piles of junk to no be ableto take 60mph with a laughable load.

That's why I manufactured my own trailer.
I built my small one to go 85 to 90mph if needed.

I suggested it for the method of construction of the shell. Not the overall dimensions and outboard fenders. Take what you need and leave the rest.

Another [non-hexagonal] stressed-skin approach, just channel it over the trailer frame:

Unless there is an air-tight seal to the back of the tow vehicle, making it a little larger might benefit reattachment of the air flow. In a cross-flow condition would bigger or smaller be better?

I have posted the parts list for my trailer multiple times in your trailer related postings.
