I bought a 2011 CRZ with Nav a month ago and I absolutely love the car. It's a really fun to drive. Kind of like a space ship crossed with a go cart.

I really dig that people dismiss the CRZ based on numbers or an affinity with the CRX. It's not the best hybrid, but a few tweaks have a major impact on MPG. It's not a great sports car, but it owns the mountain roads and the same tweaks (Air intake and exhaust) that improve MPG also improve performance.

The CRZ oozes style. So what if it's not perfect at everything. The one thing for certain is that the positive reviews of the CRZ on this site come from owners. I also like the Honda Crosstour and the Element and those are both wonky cars.

Anyone notice the actual size of of the quarter panel glass on the car ?
That is one huge blind spot !

Love the look of it . I wonder what the Cd actually is. My guess would be around .32 or worse. There are a lot of rounded edges on the rear of the car.
It's .30

I bought an old Gen-1 Insight for myself after I couldn't talk my wife into a new CR-Z for her.

I got her a new Explorer Limited which is a nice car, but it only gets about 20 mpg, so unfortunately for her we carpool in the Turtle, and the Explorer sits at home. She should have just let me get her the CR-Z . . . . .

I like the look of the CR-Z, but it seems like every one I see is an automatic and a *girl is driving it.

I've been thinking about getting the CR-Z for myself. I don't really care for the sportiness of it, since I don't ever need to floor it, but the added benefit of the handling is awesome for me. What I really want from one is the efficiency of it. If I get the 6-speed no one in my family will want to drive it (thank goodness, they suck at FE). I also think they look sweet. There is so much that you could do to lower the Cd easily (remove shark fin on top, rear wheel skirts, side skirts, should drop it down significantly).

Every time I've seen someone driving it, it was either a college girl or mid-20's dude. I think that it has potential to be a chick magnet, since it is a 2-seater and fuel efficient (attracts every kind of girl).

There aren't too many 6-MTs around here, but there is one for sale that I have been looking at.
