I used acrylic in the wheel arch and 2 years later it's not washed off. Interior filler falls off though

If it's using oil that sounds like a candidate for Logic's Boron treatment.

Not that I will have it but what are you asking?

Anyone know how much drag reduction comes from ramped wheel deflectors and boat tails in front and behind the tires?

May make a more permanent mod with better materials and design

It looks like you should know as well as anyone.

How might the design change?

Bottoms more curved forward and following the shape of the wheel like how nature deposits hardpack snow and ice in the low pressure zone

Goro Tamai reported that the wheel fairing packages on solar race cars cut the wheel drag contribution by up to 70%.

Snerodynamics FTW.

The limitation will be being able to R&R the wheel and tire.
