I think you were on the right track back in Permalink #131

To address the high stagnation point (the point where air can't decide to go up or down) add a crushable chin spoiler.
i think that the actual shape is very similar than Permalink #131:

to reduce lift some kind of splitter can me made:

drag

Sorry! Got caught up with the lift aspect.
#1 has the highest drag
#2 and #3 have the same drag
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
#1 is the worst as far as lift
#5 produces the most downforce
Between #3 and #4 you'd hit neutral lift.

shape

The low stagnation point, sweptback nose, called 'Stromform' by a bus company in Germany which used it,repeatedly shows the lowest drag and is the easiest to control front lift with.
It's a 'blunt instrument',but for subsonic flow,it has advantages over many other designs.

Hucho has illustrated it's benefits
Here,R.G.S.White shows it as the lowest drag nose in his MIRA research of 1968

Here's HONDA's solar racer using it.Cd 0.10

It dates to 1922,with Paul Jaray's Zeppelin-inspired 'pumpkin seed.'

It's been considered 'ideal' ever since.

Except it will try to burrow under anything it runs into.

It's also important to be able to paint a shark-mouth on it.

1. Hard to "re-invent the wheel"
2. FISH, think like a FISH
3. Only the front can be blunt/sharp/flat BUT rest HAS to be smooth with the % of previously studied aerodynamics designs
4. Like the song; "Get Down"...
The lower, the better. So lay down/stretch the frame like Bonneville cars

Mucha suerte y gana para nosotros...

Well, the foam mold project didn't work very well so i decided to do something different:

What do you think? it's better than when i posted the first picture on this forum?

I also Installed some 6 point harnesses for safety reasons.
