This is interesting in that:
- The water in a fuel water emulsion 'explodes' into steam, atomizing the fuel better, resulting in better combustion etc.
- The required emulsion can probably be accomplished easily with a high speed stirrer or piezoelectric pond mister.
- I assume the cooling effects normally seen from water injection also apply, without the extra complexity.
