EPA highway rating is 22 HWY. You ought to be able to at least be getting close to that without doing anything. Unless your driving 85 MPH everywhere, there's something wrong.

My fuel useage results are only bases on 350 miles of driving & not over 65 mph. I did a relative compression test and all cylinder are equal. All 02 senors were changed , MAF, T-body & IAC were cleaned. Found a leaky fuel injector & system pressure is below spec's. With new injectors I will update the results.

The hot/cold intake mod might use parts from a carb air cleaner.

One good thing this 1995 windstar is OBD2, just bought a scangauge to monitor the fuel usage.

You could ask the mods to spin your contribution off into another thread. I'll leave how you do that as an exercise.
