Still some mpguinos available....

Mpguino is built in custom etched PCB and is same size like LCD (sits behind it, electrically it is compatible with "official mpguino"). I am using atmega 328
Price is 59euros + shipping (4.8eur) and paypal transfer fee (depends on buyer country 3.5-4.5% + 0.35EUR).

more info and pics

I have also made custom code (based on 0.75) just like I like it
extra features:
* added metric version (must choose before code/firmware uploading, no change possible in settings)
* bargraphs (shows 2min average 5-9L/100km - dropped 0-5L to gain better resolution)
* battery voltage
* trip cost (in settins you enter fuel price)
* current trip does not reset automatically after 2min engine off. Manual reset like tank trip.
* tank trip time in hours.minutes, current trip time is now available too
* saving tank trip data to eeprom (dont forget it when disconnected)
* some values are shown in integers (speed, rpm)
* removed leading zeroes (instead "012.45" shows " 12.45")
* added dragrace screen (0-100km/h time, 400m time and trap speed, calculated horsepower)
* using Atmega chip sleep mode (consumes about 5milliAmps versus 20milliAmps when in sleep)

Compatability

Would this work on a 4.3 liter TBI engine? Will it correctly monitor a throttle body injection?

meelis, would you be able to ship a unit to the US? And how would I hook this up to an aftermarket speedometer? I would think there would be a SpeedSensor wire back there

Hi,
I made quick search and found this page
http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthrea...ino-14552.html
more links here (use brauser search "TBI")
MPGuino - EcoModder

I dont know much about TBI so I cannot be 100% sure that it works. If TBI means that you have one injector, then it should work.

I can ship worldwide (same shipping price 4.8EUR)
Speed pulses should go into speedometer - how otherwise it can show your speed?
Check your speedometer manual.
