ran a flow simulation on my russian box.

the car is aerodynamic, but it seems it could use some improvement.

They don't talk about it but at 0:54s you can see what I believe is a fold-out step for ingress/egress.

A convenient way to find acceptance for an aero modd

^^^
Correct something ford started as an option when they aero modded there tailgate now its a standard feature.
I tryed to stop by the Ford display at the fair to learn something in Billings, MT but I left them better informed onwhat and why Ford did some of the things like the tailgate. And theas
the nice stick on profiled pices that run top to bottom on the vertical edge of the rear glass . They encourage clearer separation insted of the air trying to follow the body curves, causing buffeting. Like a 3/4" kam when combined with the roof wing. I tryed to find a better picture but only the models without this feature shows the aera with any detail and can't find the ones I took that day.they were supposed to get me a part# but sales people.

True, should make that underbody aero better. I still cant really sacrifice a lot of the ride height, as i drive a lot on bad roads.

But thanks for some ideas where to improve

I was referring to ground in the simulation. Nothing below the tire's bottoms is believable.

My next car will be lifted instead of lowered.
