1992 Honda Civic VX - 69,000 miles $3400

Not mine, but saw this on craigslist here in Kansas City, Missouri. These are pretty rare around here and this one is in great condition and with low low miles. I figured someone who was looking for one would love the chance to check this out!

1992 Honda Civic VX High MPG, 69,000 miles!

Wow - if it's in good shape and the mileage is for real, that would be quite the car to nab.

I told both my brother and my room mate about it and they were both ready to drive over 7 hours each way to buy it but it's sold already!
My mom even said she would even front the money as an investor if we wanted to buy it, wait till gas is $5 per gallon and sell it on Ebay seeing as how there is one right now that in the first 24 hours is up to $4,800 with 200,000 miles on it.

I saw the craigslist add shortly after the seller posted it. Called from the job and told him I would be there after work. The hail damage is fairly heavy on the hood. Lighter everywhere else. It had a lot of exterior sun damage. I went ahead and bought it. The interior is really nice. The body is the only real issue. On my way home the lean burn seemed to be functioning properly. No grinding in the transmission. Runs like a sewing machine. It is all there and unmolested. The air filter looks like it came from the factory. It was clean but made of a thick yellow paperish material. Overall I am thrilled. Sorry your friend/brother missed out, but you can believe I will be taking good care of it. And it will be used as Honda intended.
