1999 civic ex starting out need help

Where should I start with my civic i get 34 mpg city now and thats what I do mostly city, I need a direction?

If you're doing mostly city driving, aero mods are going to have a limited impact.

I would probably start with a partial grille block, since it has other benefits besides aero.

Other grille block benefits include faster warm-up to operating temperature, and possibly higher transaxle temperature as well. The sooner the car is up to temp, the more efficient it will be.
