#2! (Silver bullet!)

So I picked this one up today for 1200$. It has a bad IMA (P1449), 178k miles and non working A/C (compressor doesn't kick on for some reason). Other than that, it runs awesome, the previous owners bought it from an auction and got scared of the 3k price tag from honda for a new battery, so they let it sit for over a year. I came and threw a battery in it and it wizzed to life no problem at all. It's rough (a little) but nothing some TLC can't solve.

Stats:
2002 Silver (Grey)
CVT Trans.
178,953 miles.
46.0MPG lifetime.

Missing:
Underbody panels.
Front strakes.

Things wrong:
Bad IMA (1449).
Non-working A/C.
Dirty.
Rear hatch struts shot.
Tires are shot (dry rotted from sitting flat for a year and a half).
No title or registration paperwork.

Good things:
All glass intact.
Interior is dirty, but not badly stained.
No accidents.
Both skirts are intact.
Runs awesome.
No weird noises or bucking/surging coming from trans.
CVT fluid is clear and clean.
No rips or tears in the seats.

Now for some pics.

PS : your pictures are way too big. My underpowered computer struggled loading them in a timely manner.

Will do. I now have to decide if I want to sell the manual and keep the cvt, or just fix this one and sell it. The BF isn't very happy I spent my entire bank account and wallet on this car, so I need to sell one to make him happy :P.

I apologize for the oversized images. I took them with my note 4, so they are huge.

Phew, that interior is super dirty. If you decide to take off the seat covers and wash them, post some pictures of the results. I've been thinking about it for mine, as they're pretty gnarly. Also, any specific reason that you're considering selling the MT and keeping the CVT?

My back is messed up, but after driving this thing to work and around town, in definitely keeping my Mt. In only getting 58 in my cvt, MT would be 80+.

Thanks! I'll be selling it in a month or two once I get it cleaned up and registered.
