2000 Caravan grille block: is it for me?
I have thought about replacing the nose of the Caravan with one from a town and country to facilitate a full grille block...
I question it though, since my NOT (normal operating temp) is right at 205* according to my Actron 9190 (so far, haven't really done a data record yet.)
So would it still be beneficial to install a grille block, or would this just make Cara "hot under the collar", so to speak?
Convince me that it won't?
(Given the horrible aero of a van with 30+ SqFt of A, and a Cd of .34, I'm relatively sure I'd upgrade the cooling system just to install a grille block...)
One thought was that the radiator fan doesn't come on that I've noticed. Maybe the thermostat will just stay open longer, and that will compensate for the extra heat?
