2001 Honda Insight - hybrid

Recently acquired Insight (for my gf) needs a new engine. Previous owner mentioned that the engine was overheated. Other then the engine problem, there was nothing else wrong with car. Trany works fine, IMA battery pack was replaced last year, so this alone may be worth $2k.
I located a new engine with 16k miles for $800. If somebody has one he may consider putting this car together.

saw on craigslist. Wish it ran. Im in middle of a swap on something else and cant have 2 cars with no motors
