Still an ugly car but I appreciate anyone who is passionate about their vehicles. Did the Aztec ever come with a proper transmission?

Quite possibly the ugliest car ever made, but if it suites your needs, it is a good car. The buick version is much better looking, IMO. Or, should I say less ugly.

Personally, I think a minivan makes way more sense. And some of them are even good looking. The ugliest one is still better looking than an Aztek.

Only transmission offered was an automatic, no manual option. Engines were limited to the 3400 GM V6. So, it leaves a lot to be desired with powertrain options. Mixed reviews with it's looks. Either you love it or hate it. Appears to have less surface area than a minivan. Not a true kammback though. Around the same height as a minivan well. Checked my mileage numbers against similarly equipped vans and it's marginally higher.
<----The Tempo is still my daily driver. The Aztek is to much vehicle for just myself. Wife however, complained literally every day about driving the Escort Wagon. She hated it! So, she got the green one after I fixed it up some.
The Supra project is nearly completed so it's time to get back on the Caprice Wagon 6.2 diesel swap.
