You might want to go higher than 175. I have Tein H-tech springs, and the rears are 170 lb/in, and they're too soft for my liking still. You don't want to go higher than the dampers can handle, but RS-R Superdown springs for the Prius run 185 lb/in rear, and are meant for the stock dampers. So you can probably go higher.
