2011 Fiesta Mods = great MPG gains

Tried to post pics of my almost undetectable mods but said I was missing a security token. Anyhow, I used black coroplast to add 2.5 in to the existing air dam by overlapping it and screwing right into it. I then cut to fit a 2.5 inch strip to cover more of the lower grill than already covered. Increase PSI to 40 from 35. On a 180 mile HWY trip and then another 200 of daily driving I hit 41.97 mpg- my best tank ever (in 2 years). I was driving 65 and drafting when I could on that trip and I was getting 49-50 mpg (rated at 38 Hwy). My lifetime average is 32.5.

Very nice I want that!
I wondered about whether or not it can be shut off and stick shift sliped into neutral.
This is my special nitch with the kia I do other tricks too but thats the bread n butter so to speak.
Tried it in my Tarus and couldnt get restart after I slipped the auto into Neutral and engine maintained rpm.
I get a whole extra day commute now from that operation.

Congrats teeker! We'd like to see those pics. You just need 5 posts before you can add them. (Feel free to make some "dummy" posts in this thread to get past that limit.)

Both you guys should add your cars to the garage.
