Rf transformer at resonance. Doesn't have to be that huge, I got bigger sparks with a homebuilt 6 ft one back in high school electronics class. Shut down the police departments radio system couple blocks down the street.
Some electronice it would fry, most were OK, depending on if they were grounded or not to the coil ground, closer than 10 feet and exposed. Rf is kinda like radar in that it does skin effect
