The Trans Canadian Highway (TCH) is Canada's version of our interstate highway, albeit at a more leisurely pace.

Speed limits vary on the TCH. Open stretches vary from 80 km/h (50 mph) up to 110 / 68 mph posted limit (Canada's highest freeway speed limit).

Hard to beat a long-legged diesel.

It's the other way around ...
55mpg @ 50mph
on a dedicated FE trip
on the TCH which I'm pretty sure has a tad less traffic than the region here
