The packages? You mean the VOX circuit kit and arduino?

Well, the enginer kit comes in 4 sizes depending on how much battery capacity you want.
2 kWh - $1,995.00
4 kWh - $3,495.00
6 kWh - $4,495.00
8 kWh - $5,495.00
I went with the 4 kWh kit, and up until recently, it was on sale for $2,300. Shipping was an additional $135.
I have no final costs for my additional electronics as of yet since its not all designed yet. However, here is what I do have:
Arduino - ~$30
VOX Circuit - $13
110V Solid State Relay - $13
12V Relay - $4

I tested out the VOX circuit tonight. It works well, but will need a little tweaking. I shot some low quality video of how it works. Comments and questions are welcome.

Also, I've been using the kit here and there and being very careful while charging. Yesterday my wife drove the car alone (we usually carpool) and accidently turned the kit on. I'm sure it was drained all the way down to the cutoff voltage. Its still on the charger tonight as I only found out today that this had happened. I don't think I'll get a full charge in tonight as I am gonna sleep soon and its still not close to being fully charged (under 55V atm).
I'm hoping to get the automatic charging cutoff circuits done this coming week. Shortly after that, I am hoping to get the dc to dc converter cutoff working.

Cool video, Tim. Nerdy goodness.
So, will the VOX circuit will control both scenarios? (Charger shutoff & DC-DC shutoff?)
How are you going to test it in the car? I guess you'll be spending some quality time in there listening for alarms and watching the VOX?

Yup, the vox will control both scenarios.
Quality time?!? I'm doing this so I DON'T have to babysit the charging/discharge process. I'll probably set something up to provide enough voltage to a balancer to set it off to make sure it shuts down properly.

I cut the charger off at 55.0V last night. No alarms went off. I will continue charging when I get home tonight. I wanted to see how much power a FULL charge takes so I am not using the kit again today. Its sucked down 3.2 kWh so far.
While not using the kit, I did get some no-kit mpg readings. My morning commute is pretty consistent due to the lack of traffic. This is what I have gotten according to my non-calibrated scangauge. Actual MPG is lower, but this gives me a baseline for comparison.
Wednesday - 20°F - 50.2 mpg
Thursday - 30°F - 52.7 mpg
I'll be using the pack again tomorrow, so hopefully the temps won't change too much.
