Tank - '96 Ford Aspire 4 door

3 in a row!

This fillup makes 3 tanks in a row at 24 MPG or better. I would say 25, but after adjusting for the difference in "clicks" of the pump, the 1st of these 3 was actually closer to 24 than 25.

My last 2 tanks were both over 26! What's strange, though, is that even with two passes at a drag strip, faster than normal freeway driving, and tires at 35 PSI most of the tank, I got better mileage in the last tank than I did this tank.

Now I just need to figure out how to squeeze a few more MPGs out to reach my goal of 30!

Great job! Keep it up! It is really strange how sometimes doing things that one would expect to screw up a tank sometimes doesn't, but, oh well...
