300zx Aero mods

Today I made a few tweaks to my 1990 300zx

1. delete rear wiper, pulled motor and arm, popped in a flush mount plug

2. upper grill block with plastic sheet, to replace the vinyl I has on as a test.

I will post pics in the next few days, looks a lot smoother.

I haven't driven more than a few miles yet with these mods, and I haven't kept fuel logs.

man, hope it's still stock under the hood, because it might get super hot (assuming you got the twin turbo version)

Shame on you!

Seriously though, without keeping fuel logs you'll have no way of knowing if things help or hurt. Its really a necessity.

It's a non-turbo, 3.0L V6, only mods are Air intake and exhaust. I had it taped up all last summer, the only time I saw the temp rise a bit was sitting in traffic on a hot day for 15 min without moving, once I got past the jam it cooled right down again.

Nice.
I just have this urge to pop in a little 3-4 cylinder engine and crop the front end back a bit...
