Yes of course we all make plenty of mistakes. I'm sure much higher is probably reachable but I'm doing my best, still hoping to get better. I'm planning on having a custom cam shaft grind done soon by Dickmeyer Automotive Engineering Home Page that has netted some other guys as much 7mpg (and they don't even hypermile). Maybe I will break 70mpg then

Very nice Congrats Brother!
I myself really want to get a new festiva or dart and eco mod it.
Im talking rework the fuel charts and trans shift points the works.
Ive test drove both and find them grossly overpowered for compacts so that tells me that there is way much room for improvment.
Ill bet the dart can P&G forever.
How about a P&G switch that does this automaticly with a frontal IR crash sensor or any driver input over ride. like an 8mph differential to be modest.
