I agree, if it's an unexpected stop. If it's a stop you can anticipate, and you need to use brakes or DFCO, you should have started coasting sooner.

Never thought about the interchangability of parts from HCH to regular Civic. Although the HCH wheels are more aerodynamic, lighter and skinnier. If you can find them cheap that may be a way to go too.

Maybe I should go to the dealer and take some photos of the underside of a HCH... .
heres the part numbers for a bunch of of the under panels

Front Lower Floor Cover (Right) - 74606-SNC-A00
Front Lower Floor Cover (Left) - 74656-SNC-A00
Right Rear Strake - 74475-SNA-A00
Left Rear Strake - 74485-SNA-A00
Bolts for Strakes (4 total) - 90149-SA0-003
Lower Engine Cover Assy - 74110-SNC-A00

the red one is the belly pan and you can either go to your local honda dealership or try these guys, their prices are quite fair. its about $58 plus you might need clips

I've been getting 43+ mpg using pulse and glide (in neutral) for almost 9 months. Only mods are 44psi on stock tires, all LED's, and HID's. I've been trying to get to 50 mpg, but I feel like I will need to experiment more with with engine off during glide. Feels scary. Maybe the hybrid belly pans could be "made" to fit a coupe.
