Good deal for $850ish or what?

Its only got about 20k miles. (20 thousand miles)

If its in good condition..a good deal?

I was thinking this could be the answer to some of my MPG prayers rather then being forced to drive an older V6 that uses thick oil because its older, and premium gas..also .. not great starter MPG to begin with anyway.

Nice to go fast with if im not trying to save in MPG though.

Anyway.., any replies would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think I'd do it, but that's considering that I can hardly find them around here, let alone at that price. There was a '96 250EX on CL earlier (it's gone now, already) that went for $2k with 35,000 on it.

Ninja 250 Value Calculator

Heres a value tool you can use. 20k miles on a 1994 says 600$ in good condition (no damage).

If the bike has 20k miles, that means it just passed over a scheduled maintenance period.... Refer to this page for the maintenance sched, and make sure the owner had it done.

Service Schedule - Ninja250Wiki

All the things on that chart should have been addressed.

Also, refer to this page for a full guide on how to assess a used motorcycle.

Looking forward to helping you achieve the same fuel economy i am seeing with my Ninja 250!

Check it out first, it may be totally worth it, on the same hand, it may be a terrible deal.

Yes, what he said is true. We have to check it out once weather it is worth-full or not before we are buying.

Someone must be another ninja250.org member wonderful info, love seeing that stuff passed on!

And if you take care of that 250 it'll last you for many, many, many years to come!
