96 Saturn wagon 41.3 mpg

Just hit my best tank at 41.3 mpg. Driving is a 40/60 mix of heavy stop and go in the city with speeds ranging from 25-45 mpg and a hilly us route going 55 mph. Under normal driving not hypermiling I would usually get 37-38 mpg. Car has the 1.9 single cam and 5 speed manual. This tank I did a lot of coasting in neutral and sometimes I would shut the engine off while going down hill and shutting the car off at lights. Nothing crazy just a few simple changes in driving habits netted me a 3 mpg increase. Gonna try and beat 41.3 on the next few tanks

Sure, the next tank was 39.8. Still trying to perfect the techniques.
