If you try it,then make it airtight.Should you drive with the front windows cracked open,or down,the low pressure from the A-pillar area will induce exhaust all the way forward from the rear.
Your eyes will burn,your lungs too.It's truly awful!

Yeah, mount a boattail on the hatch, but keep the hatch closed.
