AC delete 2006 Toyota corolla

Been reading through old threads trying to see FE boost by deleting AC and similar parasitic components and instead installing a USB fan in the cabin to cool me down.

Any FE boost numbers / data points for AC delete?

How difficult would this task be for an 06' corolla?

Would I have to mess around with getting new pulleys / belts?

One thing ive also noticed is the cabin air is always blowing some air even if I have the fan "OFF" so I set the temp toggle to the middle temp (white color) which is not hot or cold. Not sure how much this is parasitizing but cant figure out why its blowing even if off. Any ideas?

98% of an AC delete can be accomplished by turning it off. You'd need to re-engineer the belt/pully system to remove the AC. The next person to purchase the car isn't going to be thrilled by the mod and will reflect that in their offer price.

The air intake at the front windshield has positive pressure, and always moves a bit of air in the cabin unless the ducting is set to recirculation. The heat dial only adjusts how much heated air gets blended in with unheated air, so there's no fuel economy difference there.
