Adding EGR to Honda with Kpro

I am renewing my interest in my K swapped turbo Insight which was for commuting into the big city. Since I retired I have decided to Door Dash in my small town. I want to pull the turbo motor out and run a stock K24a4 Accord motor and geek out on fuel consumption with a purpose. K24s came with and without EGR valves and anyone that adds Kpro to the engine will run without.

First question for the group is should I add EGR at all? What kind of gains in MPG can I expect with a properly functioning EGR?

Second question is for the Hondata Kpro types.... With all the functionality of kpro would there be a way to properly control it, maybe the NO2 output in some way? I have also thought about wiring in a manual switch just to play with it.

You're better off running KTuner, which (I believe) has native EGR control, since it's based on the Accord ECU.

There are some threads on Insight Central where, I think it may be Julian Edgar? experimented with various degrees of EGR, and quantified the gains.

Edit: KPro does well with on/off controls but doesn't easily do tables for peripherals. You would need an external controller (Arduino would do it), or pick a good EGR duty cycle and just turn it on to that when outside WOT conditions.
